Whether you need health, life, dependent, disability, or 401k, we have you covered. Althoff pays 100% of health, life, and disability premium for eligible employees.  Depending on the position, paid vacation & sick days are available.

H E A L T H    C A R E 

  • MEDICAL and HOSPITALIZATION
    Our self insured plan offers 100% coverage after $1,575 (individual) or $3,375 (family) deductible, up to a lifetime maximum of $1 million.  You are NOT restricted like a HMO/PPO.  Employee coverage is provided at no cost to you and a minimal pre-tax deduction for dependent coverage.  We offer Health Savings Accounts as part of our benefit.
  • LIFE INSURANCE
    Coverage is provided at $50,000 for employees.
  • SHORT-TERM DISABILITY
    Receive one week of disability pay for each year of service.
  • SECTION 125 PLAN:  This allows you pre-Tax deductions on health, dental,  and 401k

  • 401k PLANS
    Lets you defer up to $15,500 of your pre-tax salary dollars with 12 options of funds you would like to invest in and the percentage in each.* 

    Company contributions are made once a year based on company performance, level, and years of service.
